Spirit, the autonomous racing vehicle, has run almost the entire 2004 DGC route using autonomous sensors and the best inertial navigation system available. Spirit has autonomously driven 140 miles of the DGC route and has learned a lot since January 2004! All media personnel are invited to contact Axion Racing to setup autonomous Ride-Alongs of 20, 40, or 65 miles. |
